以AlCl_3、BF_3·OEt_2、TiCl_4和AlBr_3等Lewis酸为引发剂,在不同溶剂中(正己烷、二氯甲烷、甲苯)于30℃引发1,3-戊二烯阳离子聚合。实验结果表明,AlCl_3和BF_3·OEt_2显示出较高的催化活性,AlCl_3引发的聚合反应得到的聚合物具有较高的分子量,但聚合反应过程中总是伴随交联产物的生成。用甲苯作溶剂时交联反应可以被抑制。IR和 ̄1HNMR结果表明,甲苯作为聚合反应的链转移剂参与了链转移反应。
The 1,3-pentadienyl cationic polymerization was initiated at 30 ℃ in different solvents (n-hexane, dichloromethane and toluene) using Lewis acids such as AlCl 3, BF 3 OEt 2, TiCl 4 and AlBr 3 as initiators. The experimental results show that AlCl 3 and BF 3 · OEt 2 show high catalytic activity. The polymer obtained by the polymerization initiated by AlCl 3 has a higher molecular weight, but the polymerization products are always accompanied by the formation of cross-linked products. The cross-linking reaction can be suppressed with toluene as a solvent. IR and NMR results show that toluene as a polymerization chain transfer agent involved in the chain transfer reaction.
