Budget management is an important part of corporate financial management, which can greatly promote the operation and development of Chinese enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to timely recognize the problems our country’s enterprises face in their budgetary management and put forward their solutions in a targeted manner in order to improve the management level of their enterprises in our country and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprises.
