婚前医学检查是《母婴保健法》专项技术服务内容之一,是做好优生优育工作的基础保障。本文对接受婚前医学检查资料进行回顾性分析。 对象与方法 1.对象:我院涉外婚检门诊,1996年5月1日～1999年4月31日婚前医学检查1 910例,男女各955例,其中外籍人员956例,国内人员954例。 2.方法:对每例要求婚前医学检查者均统一填写《杭州市婚前医学检查表》,并严格按《杭州市婚前医学检查门诊工作常规》进行检查。婚检医师均为已经取得“母婴保健专项技术服务合格证”的人员。对婚检中出现的异常情况按浙江省卫生厅制定的 Premarital medical examination is “Maternal and Child Health Law,” one of the special technical services, is to do a good job in basic principles of prenatal and postnatal care.
