郭建堂,中国水利水电建设集团公司党组书记、总经理,高级经济师,多年从事水利水电工程建设管理工作。参加过刘家峡、龙羊峡、李家峡、天生桥、东风等国家重点工程建设。郭建堂同志为国家建设事业作出了突出成绩,尤其是1999年3月担任中国水利水电工程总公司(中国水利水电建设集团公司前身)党组书记、总经理以来,组织带领公司系统广大干部职工,为水电施工企业的改革、发展和稳定,为水电施工企业实施“走出去”战略、进军国际工程建设市场作出了重要贡献。
Guo Jian-tang, party secretary, general manager and senior economist of China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Corporation, has been engaged in the management of water conservancy and hydropower projects for many years. Participated in Liujiaxia, Longyangxia, Lijiaxia, Tianshengqiao, Dongfeng and other key national construction projects. Comrade Guo Jian Tang made outstanding achievements in the cause of national construction. Since March 1999, he has been the party secretary and general manager of China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Corporation (predecessor of China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Corporation) and has led the cadres and workers in the company system. The reform, development and stability of construction enterprises have made important contributions to hydropower construction enterprises in implementing the strategy of “going global” and entering the international construction market.
