成事在合作 9年前我是一个普通的公务员,8年中,我陆续创办和协助创办了8家企业,今年又登记设立了第9家企业,效益都不差。靠什么?靠发挥别人的长处,靠与人合作。 我的事业是从创立中日合资企业开始的。当初,我不但缺少资金、设备、厂房等硬件,而且软件也不行,不懂生产,不懂技术,不懂财务,不懂经营,没有客户,也没有管理经验。更大的弱点是,对自己在生产技术方面的领导能力缺乏自信;而且性格上耐不住日常烦琐的事务。但我的长处是对既懂技术,又会经营的人才另眼相看,倍加珍惜,由衷佩服。我认为,我的许多部下比我能干,让他们干比我自己干好,何乐不为?从部下角度看,我这人无权力欲,信任他们,不难合作共事。普通工人,他们有技术,经常加班,挺辛苦,挺不容易的,企业也靠他们,我从内心觉得应该善待他们。 Achievements In the cooperation nine years ago I was an ordinary civil servant, eight years, I started one after another and helped found eight companies, this year registered the establishment of the first nine companies, the benefits are not bad. A bigger weakness is the lack of confidence in one's own leadership skills in production technology, and the inability to withstand routine cumbersome things in character. However, my strength is to admire and appreciate the talents who know both technology and business. I think many of my ministries can do more than I do and make them do a better job than I am. Why not? From a subordinate point of view, I have no power, trust, and cooperation. Ordinary workers, they have technology, often work overtime, very hard, very easy, businesses rely on them, I feel from the heart should treat them.
