经济改革正在改变着我国西部少数民族地区(以下简称“西部”)社会经济生活的各个方面。在这个变革时期,我们充分感触到了物质——运动的哲学含义。古老的与现代的、传统的与科学的、旧的与新的等等,处于历史的同一平面上交织着、冲突着。在这个新旧经济机制的交替过程中,一股新的活力正在“西部”经济机体内孕育、滋长。
Economic reform is changing all aspects of social and economic life in the western minority areas of China (hereinafter referred to as “the west”). In this period of change, we fully touched the philosophical meaning of material-movement. Ancient and modern, traditional and scientific, old and new, etc., in the same historical plane intertwined, conflict. In the process of alternation of the old economic mechanism and the new one, a new vitality is being nurtured and grown in the “western” economic body.
