提出一种陶瓷扮末和金属粉末混合喷涂的复合过渡层,并应用于等离子喷涂 ZrO_2热障涂层中.同时,对此 ZrO_2热障涂层结合强度、弯曲性能、抗形变能力及耐热冲击循环能力等进行测试.为了比较,在同等条件下,对以 NiCr 和以 NiAl 为金属过渡层的 ZrO_2涂层进行同项目的测试.含有复合过渡层的 ZrO_2涂层的各项性能指标皆优于以 NiCr 和 NiAl 为过渡层的 ZrO_2涂层.试验结果表明:涂层材料热膨胀系数对 ZrO_2涂层结合强度,特别是对涂层失效起着重要的作用.
