我们用定量透明胶带法定位采螨,观察面部蠕形螨感染者螨逸出的季节消长,现报告如下: 一、材料和方法 (一)透明胶带法取螨取市售透明胶带5×1.2cm~2贴于受试者两侧鼻沟过夜取螨,置于一洁净载玻片上,玻片与胶带间加香柏油低倍镜检查。 (二)季节消长观察对苏州市12例蠕形螨感染者每月检查一次,两次后停检一月。同时记录两次检查期间室内每日温湿度变化,计算该季平均值。同期室外温湿度抄自苏州市气象局。观察时间1987年12月～1988年10月。
