采用Levenberg-Marquardt算法(LMA)对光纤法布里-珀罗(F-P)腔的白光干涉光谱进行拟合;通过对光源光谱的高斯拟合处理和对LMA拟合参数范围的限定,提高了其对光源波动的抗干扰能力和腔长解调的分辨率;通过研究不同质量、数量的采样数据对解调算法的影响,比较LMA相对于相关法的效率优势;最后通过实验得到了装置综合标准偏差(1nm)和光源功率波动下的LMA算法的标准偏差(0.2nm)。
The Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm (LMA) was used to fit the white-light interference spectra of the Fabry-Perot (FP) cavity. The Gaussian fitting of the light source spectrum and the limitation of the fitting range of the LMA parameters were improved Anti-interference ability to light source fluctuation and resolution of cavity length demodulation.
