本文对急性脑血管病患者46例血清MDA和34例血清SOD治疗前后含量的动态研究,结果发现:与健康对照组比较,急性期(<1周)血清MDA含量升高(P<0.001),SOD活性下降(P<0.001)。行抗自由基治疗2周后患者血清中MDA含量降低(P<0.001),SOD含量升高(P<0.001)。提示脂质过氧化反应增强,氧自由基产生增加,清除能力下降,是急性脑血管病病理过程之一,应用自由基清除剂,减轻对脑组织的损伤,具有脑保护作用。
In this paper, 46 cases of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease serum MDA and 34 cases of serum SOD activity before and after treatment, the results showed that: compared with the healthy control group, acute phase (<1 week) serum MDA levels increased (P <0.001) SOD activity decreased (P <0.001). Serum MDA levels decreased (P <0.001) and SOD content increased (P <0.001) two weeks after anti-free radical therapy. Prompted lipid peroxidation increased oxygen free radicals increased, decreased scavenging capacity, is one of the pathological processes of acute cerebrovascular disease, the use of free radical scavengers, reduce damage to the brain, with cerebral protection.
