目的探讨大学生网络成瘾者个性特征、生活事件及应付方式。方法对25例大学生网络成瘾者(研究组)和25例健康大学生(对照组)分别完成艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、生活事件和简易应对方式量表评定。结果EPQ测定中,研究组N分明显高于对照组(P<0.01),E分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组生活事件多于对照组,尤其是负性生活事件明显高于对照组,同时积极应付的强度明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而消极应付强度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论大学生网络成瘾者普遍存在个性和应付技能缺陷,应激事件较多,在进行心理社会干预时,应注重帮助他们学会应激时解决问题和掌握积极应对技能,改善消极态度的不良适应行为。
Objective To explore the personality characteristics, life events and coping styles of college students with internet addiction. Methods 25 cases of internet addiction (study group) and 25 healthy college students (control group) completed the questionnaire of EPQ, life events and simple coping style. Results In the EPQ test, the score of N in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the score of E was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). The study group had more life events than the control group, especially the negative life events In the control group, the intensity of positive coping was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01), while the negative coping intensity was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Internet addicts of college students are generally characterized by their personality and coping skills. There are many stressful events. Psychological and social interventions should focus on helping them to solve problems when they learn to cope with stress and to master adverse coping behaviors that actively respond to their skills and improve their negative attitudes. .
