The 3rd National Equipment Life Cycle Cost (LCC) Academic Annual Meeting of the China Equipment Management Association was held in Beijing from December 13th to December 14th, 1995. Chairman Ma Yi wrote an inscription for the conference: “Summarize experience, move forward, new In the past year, a greater victory was achieved.” Mr. Xiao Dianchuan, standing member of China Association for Designing Association, Mr. Xu Binshi, vice president of the association, and Cui Jianjun, director of the office of the China Association for Establishment of the Association, attended the meeting on behalf of the vice president, Zheng Qingsu, and spoke. The president of the Naval Academy of Engineering. Shao Zikai attended the meeting and made a speech. The meeting was hosted by Prof. Luo Yun, the chairman of the committee. 52 papers were exchanged at the annual conference. The content involved LCC and its development.
