1临床资料1例19岁男性患者因“右侧阴囊无痛性肿大半年”来四川大学华西医院就诊。查体:患者身高、体质量、外生殖器发育正常,无男性乳腺发育,左侧阴囊大小正常,右侧阴囊增大,右侧阴囊外上方可见一液性包块,大小约6.0 cm×3.5 cm,透光试验(+),包块不可回纳,无压痛,无肉眼血尿、脓尿,无尿频尿急。实验室检查:甲胎蛋白、绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位、乳酸脱氢酶等肿瘤标志物未见异常;性激素检测未见异常;血钾、血钙、血钠等血
