用盆栽试验研究了镉氮交互作用对苋菜(Amaranthus mangostanus)生长及其营养品质的影响。结果表明,在试验浓度范围内,低浓度镉(0.5mg/kg)与氮(0.2 g/kg)极显著促进苋菜的生长,在4个镉污染水平下施氮较不施氮极显著促进苋菜的生长;在镉污染水平下,能极显著增加维生素C(Vc)和可溶性糖的合成,抑制了可溶性蛋白的合成,施氮极显著抑制了Vc、可溶性糖的合成,促进了叶绿素的合成,显著增加苋菜可溶性蛋白;苋菜中镉与硝酸盐的含量与土壤中镉与硝酸盐的含量呈显著正相关,施氮0.2g/kg时极显著抑制了苋菜对镉的吸收。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of Cd and N interactions on the growth and nutritional quality of Amaranthus mangostanus.
