医院经济管理工作是保证各项医疗卫生业务顺利实施的基础,在逐渐开展的卫生体制改革过程中开始对竞争机制进行引进,通过这种引进方式,能够从根本上实现医疗卫生资源的有效利用以及合理配置,从而降低服务工作成本,提升医院的服务效率以及服务质量。本文主要从医院财务预算的角度来对经济管理工作进行分析,在分析财务预算工作中存在的具体问题基础之上提出了做好经济管理工作的几条措施。
