近年来,国内各商业银行对小企业金融业务日益重视。从基层行的实践来看,发展小企业金融业务往往会面临银企关系定位不准、业务发展后劲不足、行内部门各自为政、缺乏有效激励机制、竞争同质化等问题。本文作者从多年的工作实践出发,在小企业金融业务的客户拓展渠道、营销模式、激励机制、产品创新等方面提出了自己的思考,对当前基层行开展小企业金融业务具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
