我国生产资料所有制结构是在公有制占绝对优势的前提下多种经济成份(所有制形式)同时并存的结构,而全民所有制则是公有制的主导成份。但是,前一阶段,在讨论我国经济体制改革的过程中,学术界对社会主义的全民所有制,特别是对它采取的国家所有制形式,产生了很大的争论。到底应当怎么看待全民所有制,怎么看待国家所有制,这是事关重大的问题,它关系到经济体制的改革问题,也关系到调整问题。下面,仅就争论中涉及到的几个问题,谈一谈我们的一些看法。
The ownership structure of the means of production in our country is a structure in which multiple economic components (forms of ownership) coexist under the preponderance of public ownership, while ownership by the whole people is the dominant component of public ownership. However, in the previous stage, in discussing the reform of China’s economic system, the academic community had a heated debate over the ownership of socialism by the whole people, especially the form of state ownership that it adopted. In the end, what should be done about ownership by the whole people and how to treat state ownership is a matter of major importance. It relates to the reform of the economic system as well as the adjustment issue. In the following, we will only talk about some of our opinions on several issues involved in the debate.
