主要研究了过氧化物硫化体系下的EPDM/CSM共混胶综合性能、耐热性能、动态力学性能和微观相态。结果表明,随着CSM用量的增大,共混胶拉伸强度降低,拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和硬度均增大,耐油性变好,阻燃性得到改善;随着CSM用量的增大,共混胶失重峰温度降低,失重率变大,高温稳定性变差;动态力学性能和断面扫描电镜分析结果表明,EPDM与CSM相容性不良;随着CSM用量的增大,160℃×24h热空气老化条件下的共混胶拉伸强度保持率和拉断伸长率保持率均增大,耐老化性能变好。
Mainly studied the peroxide curing system under the EPDM / CSM blends comprehensive performance, heat resistance, dynamic mechanical properties and microscopic phase. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of CSM, the tensile strength of the blends decreased, the tensile elongation, tear strength and hardness increased, the oil resistance became better and the flame retardancy improved. With the increase of the amount of CSM The results showed that the compatibility of EPDM with CSM was poor. With the increase of CSM dosage, ℃ × 24h hot air aging conditions, the tensile strength retention and tensile elongation at retention rate are increased, aging resistance becomes better.
