作者报道1978～1984年行49例迷路后前庭神经切除术治疗眩晕及用BAER、ECoG NP、8NP监测听力的结果。方法采用扩大乳突根治术,牵开侧窦,于内淋巴囊周切开脑膜,进入颅后凹,将耳蜗神经与前庭神经分开,切断前庭神经,缝合脑膜,乳突腔填以脂肪组织。手术中测定BAER、ECoG NP和8NP。ECoG电极
The authors report the results of 49 cases of post-labyrinthine neurotomy for vertigo treated with BAER, ECoG NP, and 8NP during 1978-1984. Methods The radical mastectomy was performed. The lateral sinuses were retracted. The meninges were dissected around the lymphatic sac and into the posterior cranial fossa. The cochlear nerve was separated from the vestibular nerve.
