1986年9月26日,对于中国资本市场来说是一个重要的日子,中国第一个证券交易柜台——静安证券业务部开张,标志着新中国从此有了股票交易。从静安证券交易柜台到上海证券交易所,中国的股市就此已经走了20年。中国证券市场创建早期,由于法律法规体系存在缺陷,加之监管力量和监管经验均显不足,以至各种违法违规行为有机可乘,股市也时常暴涨暴跌,其间陆续出现了若干重大事件。
September 26, 1986 is an important day for China’s capital market. The opening of Jing An Securities, the first securities exchange in China, marked the beginning of new stock exchanges in China. From JingAn Securities Trading Desk to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, China’s stock market has gone 20 years. Since the early days of China’s securities market, due to the flawed laws, regulations and systems and inadequate supervisory and regulatory experience, various illegal and irregular behaviors have been taken advantage of and the stock market has also been skyrocketed and plummeted. In the meantime, a number of major events have emerged.
