目的探讨快速螺旋扩弓器扩大腭中缝在临床应用中的效果。方法 15例错畸形的青少年病例,利用快速螺旋扩弓器快速扩大腭中缝后,运用固定矫治技术治疗轻、中度牙列拥挤。结果 15例错畸形的病例全部成功打开腭中缝,扩弓后上颌骨宽距较扩弓前均有增大,平均增大4.6 mm。扩弓时间一般为2~4周。结论对于生长发育期的青少年患者,快速扩弓技术是矫治牙列拥挤和改变牙弓狭窄的有效方法。
Objective To explore the effect of rapid spiral expansion device in expanding the clinical application of palatal suture. Methods Fifteen cases of juvenile deformity malformations were treated with rapid spiral expansion device to expand the palatal midfacial gap. Fixed dentition was used to treat mild and moderate dentition crowding. Results All the 15 cases of malocclusion deformity successfully opened the palatal midfacial incision, and the widened maxillary width of the maxillary maxillary arch increased after augmentation, with an average increase of 4.6 mm. Expansion time is generally 2 to 4 weeks. Conclusion For young patients in the growth and development of rapid expansion of the arch technique is to correct crowding and change the effective method of dental arch stenosis.
