随着经济体制改革的深入,卫生事业必须坚持改革、开放、搞活的方针、医院实行企业化管理。以提高医院的社会效益和经济效益,增强医院自身发展的活力。要深化医院改革,就要从较大范围内进行多方位改革、探索,同时,注意完善医院内部运营机制,先由单项突破向内部配套改革发展,这是医院微观搞活的重要途径。深化医院改革涉及到领导体制,管理体制,劳动人事制度,经营管理制度和分配制度等各个方面。在改革中我们体会到应该解决好以下几个关键性问题:

This is an important way for hospitals to invigorate microscopically. The deepening of hospital reform involves various aspects such as the leadership system, management system, labor and personnel system, business management system and distribution system.
