患儿女性,7岁,学生。因发热双颌下肿痛3d入院。患儿3d前感到全身不适,次日出现发热,头晕、头痛。体温38℃,同时伴左颌下肿痛,经治疗效果不佳、体温升高持续在39℃左右。病后第3日左颌下肿痛加重,有颌下亦渐肿大疼痛。同日下午双腮部开始肿胀,症状加重,持续高热,双颌下肿痛明显,以进食咀嚼和吞咽时疼痛显著,拒绝触摸。同时头痛加剧,恶心,非喷射性呕吐2次。曾按“颌下淋巴结炎”给予抗生
