通过微生物突变试验,检测云锡矿尘的致突变性。对沙门氏菌/微粒体酶试验采用TA1535、TA1537、TA1533、TA98和TA100五种标准菌株;对枯草杆菌重组缺陷型修复试验采用重组缺陷型枯草杆菌M45(Rec~-)和野生型H17(Rec~+)。实验结果提示:氧化矿、铅化矿、硫化矿、花岗岩矿、大理岩矿和富砷氧化矿六种矿尘均无致突变性。并对实验结果进行了初步探讨。
Through mutagenicity test, detect mutagenicity of cloud tin dust. Five standard strains of TA1535, TA1537, TA1533, TA98 and TA100 were used for Salmonella / microsomal enzyme test. Recombinant Bacillus subtilis M45 (Rec ~ -) and wild type H17 ). The experimental results indicate that there is no mutagenicity in the six kinds of ore dusts such as oxide ore, lead ore, sulphide ore, granite ore, marble ore and arsenic-rich oxide ore. Experimental results were also discussed.
