近期,习近平总书记专门对职业教育做出重要指示,国务院召开全国职业教育工作会议,李克强总理接见会议代表并发表重要讲话。会前,国务院印发了《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》,教育部等六部门印发了《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014—2020年)》。这一系列部署,体现了中央对职业教育工作的高度重视,也为农村职业教育改革发展指明了方向,提出了要求,给出了具有可操作性的工作思路。贯彻落实全国职业教育工作会议精神,培养培训以人为核心的新型城镇化产业工人、新市民和新型职业农民,是今后一个时期农村职业教育的首要任务。
Recently, General Secretary Xi Jinping made an important instruction on vocational education. The State Council held a national vocational education conference. Premier Li Keqiang interviewed representatives and delivered an important speech. Before the meeting, the State Council issued the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education. The Ministry of Education and other six departments issued the “Plan for the Construction of a Modern Vocational Education System (2014-2020).” This series of deployments shows that the Central Government attaches great importance to the work of vocational education and points out the direction for the reform and development of rural vocational education and puts forth requirements and gives a working train of thought with maneuverability. Carrying out the spirit of the National Vocational Education Conference and training new types of urbanized industrial workers, new citizens and new types of professional peasants who are people-centered are the most important tasks of rural vocational education in the coming period.
