研究了低剂量辐射对艾氏腹水癌小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,荷瘤鼠经10cGγ线照射后24h,脾细胞NK活性显著升高.经10cGy照后24h,30cGy照后24h和5d,外周血中肿瘤坏死因子含量增加。低剂量辐射对荷瘤鼠外周血白细胞数、肿瘤重量等无明显影响。低剂量辐射对荷瘤鼠的免疫功能具有一定的刺激作用。
The effects of low dose radiation on immune function in Ehrlich ascites carcinoma mice were studied. The results showed that the NK activity of spleen cells was significantly increased in tumor-bearing mice 24 h after irradiation with 10 cG γ-ray. After 24 h at 10 cGy and 24 h and 5 d after 30 cGy, the content of tumor necrosis factor in peripheral blood increased. Low-dose radiation had no significant effect on the number of white blood cells and tumor weight in tumor-bearing mice. Low-dose radiation has a certain stimulatory effect on the immune function of tumor-bearing mice.
