基于醇脱氢酶(ADH)催化乙醇生成乙醛的反应中镉离子对于酶的抑制作用原理,通过测定还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH)吸光度的变化率得出其酶促反应速度,对应于镉离子浓度而制得标准曲线。检出限为0.02μmol/L。讨论了pH、温度和共存离子对测定的影响。本方法具有快速、灵敏、干扰少的优点。
Based on the principle that cadmium ions inhibit the enzyme in the reaction of ethanol to acetaldehyde catalyzed by alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH), the enzymatic reaction was obtained by measuring the change rate of the absorbance of the reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) Speed, corresponding to the concentration of cadmium ions and the standard curve.
