科研管理是对“第一生产力”进行组织、指挥、协调的一门管理工作,它的责任非常重大,以往采用手工来进行管理,不仅工作上容易出现漏洞,而且重复性的工作多,为提高工作效率,我们从1990年起就开始医院科研管理网络研究,现已形成网络系统管理并基本代替了手工操作,现做介绍。 1 网络结构 医院科研管理系统建立了涉及管理各方面的十四个系统,本网络由网络中心及各工作站(终端)组成,中心为网络系统控制总部(由科教科控制),工作站为限制操作部
Scientific research management is a management task for organizing, directing, and coordinating “the first productive forces.” Its responsibility is very important. In the past, manual management was used. Not only were work loopholes easy to occur, but also there were many repetitive tasks. Work efficiency, we began research on hospital scientific research management network since 1990, and now we have formed network system management and basically replaced manual operation. 1 Network structure The hospital scientific research management system has established 14 systems involving various aspects of management. The network consists of a network center and workstations (terminals). The center is the network system control headquarters (controlled by the science and education department), and the workstation is the restricted operation department.
