1月8日,台州市科技局组织台州农业局、台州科技职业技术学院、黄岩区林业局、温岭市农业局等单位有关专家组成鉴定委员会,对浙江省农业科学院柑橘研究所鹿连明博士主持的“柑橘黄龙病菌外膜蛋白抗血清的制备及胶体金免疫层析检测试纸条的研制”项目进行了科技成果鉴定。该项目已申请国家发明专利1项,已发表相关学术论文4篇,并投稿SCI论文1篇。其通过对柑橘黄龙病菌外膜蛋白基因、16S rDNA和核糖体蛋白基因等的PCR-RFLP和序列分析,
