A new study in the United States found that menopause women eat 10 dried plums per day to help prevent the risk of osteoporosis and fractures. Dried prune can inhibit the progression of skeletal decline accelerated by aging. Researchers over the years after a large number of figs, jujube, strawberry and raisins test results found that no fruit in improving bone density can be compared with Li dry. All fruits and vegetables have a positive nutritional aspect, but Dr Lee is unique in terms of beneficial bone health. The team tested two groups of menopausal women.
