2001年8月24日至29日,第49届军事五项世界锦标赛在比利时举行。中国军事五项队肩负全军官兵重托,浴血奋战6天,从而包揽了女子个人、团体、障碍接力3枚金牌,男队夺得团体冠军“戴布鲁斯”杯和500米障碍接力金牌,实现了男子团体“七连冠”。 中国军事五项队从本届锦标赛的6枚金牌中,夺得5枚金牌,使参加角逐的各国代表团惊呼:“万里长城难以逾越。” 首战射击 喜忧参半 军事五项第一项交战是200米大口径步枪精度射和速射,先在10分钟内打10发精度射,然后在一分钟内打完10发速射。 射击是欧洲人的强项,而对中国队来说是不强不弱的项目。8月24日上午6时,运动员乘车前往90公里外的军用野战靶场,拉开了本届锦标赛的战幕。
