锅炉的排渣既造成环境污染 ,又造成大量的热能浪费 ;也不利于灰渣的进一步综合利用。因此 ,灰渣冷却及余热再利用设备的开发与研制是当前的重大课题。介绍了冷渣器的主要特点及新型冷渣器的节能、环保效果及其可行性。
Blast furnace slag not only cause environmental pollution, but also caused a lot of heat wasted; also not conducive to the further utilization of ash. Therefore, ash cooling and waste heat recycling equipment development and research is the current major issue. The main features of the slag cooler and the energy saving, environmental effect and feasibility of the new slag cooler are introduced.
