实验研究了塑料薄膜表面化学镀镍的操作方法、控制条件,讨论了各种因素对镀层质量的影响,确定了塑料薄膜化学镀镍的工艺流程和最佳实验条件。实验结果表明,塑料薄膜经过预处理及敏化、活化处理后,化学镀镍溶液的p H值控制在5.5,镀镍温度在60℃,反应时间35 min,可以得到较好的塑料薄膜化学镀镍镀层。
The operation methods and control conditions of electroless nickel plating on the surface of plastic film were experimentally studied. The influence of various factors on the quality of the coating was discussed. The technological process and the optimum experimental conditions of electroless nickel plating for plastic film were determined. The experimental results show that after pretreatment, sensitization and activation treatment, the p H value of electroless nickel plating solution is 5.5, the temperature of nickel plating is 60 ℃ and the reaction time is 35 min.
