近些年来,全球经济一体化趋势越来越显著,各国在进行经济交易的过程中,为了保证各国的权益,维持世界经济的健康发展,经过各国的研讨之后对世界经济秩序进行了变革,在变革过程中,国际经济法自然要随之改变。因此,本文对世界经济秩序变革中国际经济法的新趋向进行了深入地分析,并阐述了自己的见解,以供参考。
In recent years, the trend of global economic integration has become more and more significant. In the process of carrying out economic transactions, in order to guarantee the rights and interests of all countries and maintain the healthy development of the world economy, all countries have made changes to the world economic order through the deliberations of various countries. In the process of reform, international economic law naturally needs to change accordingly. Therefore, this article has carried on the thorough analysis to the new tendency of the international economic law in the transformation of the world economic order, and elaborated own opinion, for reference.
