钢筋调直切断,一般都采用限位开关来控制需要长度,并由飞轮或偏心轮进行切断。由于机械惯性作用,切断后长度误差较大,必须另用一台辅助设备整理,工效低,损耗大,远远不能适应当前钢筋加工任务大幅度增长的需要。上海混凝土制品二厂青年工人,决定采用电子数字脉冲电路原理实现自控调直与定尺切断。通过反复实践,在交通大学等单位协作下,终于克服重重困难,取得了成功。这种调直切断机与原来设备相比,切断误差从以往10毫米减少
