一、《炼钢》杂志系全国性厂际内部发行的炼钢技术刊物,1985年试刊一年,暂定为季刊。主要任务是普及和提高炼钢技术,培养和造就人材,宣传有关技术政策,为不断提高产品经济效益服务。执行面向企业生产、科研、设计、实践应用的办刊方针。二、本刊主要报导转炉、平炉、模铸、连铸等方面的生产、科研、设计所取得的技术进步和成果,具体范围为:
