农业部农药检定所于2001年2月制定了《进出口农药登记证明管理办法(试行)》(以下简称办法)。该办法对申办进出口农药登记证明所应具备的条件、提供的资料、证明的有效期等都作了具体规定。该办法的实施,对加强和完善我国进出口农药登记证明的管理,促进我国农药进出口贸易的健康发展,提供了可靠保障。现将《办法》的有关内容转载如下,以供工作中参考。进出口农药登记证明管理办法(试行)第一条为加强和完善进出口农药
Ministry of Agriculture pesticide test in February 2001 developed a “certificate of registration of pesticides import and export management practices (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as the approach). The Measures stipulate the conditions that should be met to certify the registration of import and export pesticides, the information provided, the period of validity of certificates, and so on. The implementation of this measure provides a reliable guarantee for strengthening and improving the management of the certificate of registration of import and export of pesticides in our country and promoting the healthy development of China’s import and export of pesticides.
