针对巷道掘进爆破施工药量日益增大,促进了岩体内裂隙的扩展,使巷道围岩松动圈增大。根据现场施工实际,对爆破前后围岩的松动圈半径进行测试,分析了巷道掘进爆破施工对巷道松动范围扩展的影响。分析结果表明:研究巷道稳定后的松动圈半径在1.8 m左右,其中爆破振动的影响约占10%,爆破动载对松动圈影响的范围在25~30 m;通过调整支护参数,增加锚杆长度,提高了支护的安全可靠性。最后从爆破参数和装药结构2个方面提出了降低巷道掘进爆破动载强度的措施。
For tunneling blasting construction dose is increasing, and promote the expansion of cracks in the rock mass, so that the surrounding rock loose ring increases. According to the actual construction in the field, the radius of loose ring of surrounding rock before and after blasting is tested, and the influence of roadway blasting construction on the expansion of loose roadway is analyzed. The results show that the radius of the loose ring after the study is stable is about 1.8 m, of which the impact of blasting vibration is about 10% and the impact of blasting dynamic load on the loose ring is in the range of 25 ~ 30 m. By adjusting the supporting parameters, Rod length, improve the safety and reliability of support. Finally, measures to reduce the dynamic load of roadway blasting are put forward from two aspects of blasting parameters and charge structure.
