近年文献报道多原发性恶性肿瘤增多,现将我院近十年来诊治10例多原发性恶性肿瘤报告如下。 1.临床资料 10例多原发性恶性肿瘤(均经病理证实),男8例,女2例。年龄36～86岁,平均65岁。好发年龄为50～69岁。 原发右上肺鳞癌术后0～3年于左下肺原发腺癌2例,原发左上肺鳞癌术后同年原发腺癌1例,子宫原位癌术后12年、15年原发结肠腺癌、胃腺癌1例,原发胸骨软骨肉瘤8年后原发肾移行细胞癌1例,原发胃腺癌术后3年原发食管鳞癌1例,原发皮肤基底细胞癌术后14年原发胃腺癌1例,原发直肠、乙状结肠腺痛术后同时或10余年原发低分化(胃、盲肠、结肠)腺癌3例。10例术后存活期为1～4年。
In recent years, many primary malignant tumors have been reported in the literature. Now, more than 10 cases of primary malignant tumors in our hospital have been diagnosed and treated in the past decade. 1. Clinical data 10 cases of multiple primary malignant tumors (all confirmed by pathology), 8 males and 2 females. Age 36 to 86 years, average 65 years old. Good age of 50 to 69 years old. The primary right upper lung squamous cell carcinoma was 0 to 3 years after operation. There were 2 cases of primary adenocarcinoma in the lower left lung, 1 case of primary adenocarcinoma of the same year after primary upper left lung squamous cell carcinoma, and 12 or 15 years of uterine carcinoma in situ. There were 1 case of colon adenocarcinoma and 1 case of gastric adenocarcinoma, 1 case of primary thoracic cartilage sarcoma, 8 cases of primary renal transitional cell carcinoma, 1 case of primary gastric adenocarcinoma after 3 years of primary esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and primary basal cell carcinoma of the skin. In 14 years after primary gastric adenocarcinoma, there were 1 case of primary rectal and sigmoid colon pain, and 3 cases of primary poorly differentiated (stomach, caecum, colon) adenocarcinoma at the same time or more than 10 years after operation. 10 patients survived for 1 to 4 years.
