对三种不同厚度的15号钢薄带轧制到按常规轧制最小可轧厚度以下的范围,测定每道的压力、力矩,张力,延伸率、慢辊前滑及快辊转速,并使用了一种能鉴别工作辊辊身两端有无压靠发生的特殊实验方法。提供了在各种工艺条件下的快辊前滑、慢辊后滑、轧制压力、轧制力矩随压下率变化等实验曲线,指明了异步轧制极薄带材时轧制负荷变化的特有规律。还提供了计算轧制力和估计辊端有无压靠的方法。
