2014年,广东省率先开展了高校与中小学师资互聘的试点工作,开拓了教师教育者成长的新路径。高校与中小学师资互聘,即两类教师教育者互聘到对方的单位,中小学教师到大学担任师范生的实践类课程的教学,而大学教师到中小学参与教育教学和科研工作。中小学教师可获得理论提升的机会,而大学教师可以深入中小学教育教学第一线,从而为理论研究提供更丰富的实践基础。为更好地实施互聘计划,应做到以下几点:一是做好积极宣传和舆论导向工作,二是逐步实现多层次多类别互聘,三是要完善实施细则并落实配套政策。
