目的:研究复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法:SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,预防组(蜥蜴散组一、铝碳酸镁组一、蜥蜴散组二、铝碳酸镁组二)。正常组、模型组灌胃给予生理盐水,蜥蜴散组一、铝碳酸镁组一灌胃给予复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂、铝碳酸镁,30min后正常组灌胃给予生理盐水,其余各组给予无水乙醇灌胃;蜥蜴散组二、铝碳酸镁组二灌胃给予复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂、铝碳酸镁,60min后再给予无水乙醇灌胃。用ELISA检测血清ghrelin的水平并观察胃黏膜组织病理学改变。结果:预防治疗组大鼠血清ghrelin水平明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂能减轻乙醇所致胃黏膜损伤,改善胃黏膜病理组织学损害。结论:复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对无水乙醇诱导的急性胃黏膜损伤有预防保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of different compounds of compound lizards on acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats. Methods: SD male rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and prophylaxis group (lizards group one, hydrotalcite group one, lizards group two, hydrotalcite group two). The normal group and the model group were given gavage with saline and lizard powder group. One group was given intragastric administration of different particle mixture of compound lizards with magnesium aluminum carbonate, and normal saline was given to the normal group 30 minutes later. The rest groups were given Anhydrous ethanol gavage; lizards scattered group two, two groups of magnesium aluminum carbonate gavage given compound lizards different particles combination, aluminum magnesium carbonate, 60min after given ethanol. The levels of serum ghrelin were detected by ELISA and histopathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed. Results: The level of serum ghrelin in prevention and treatment group was significantly higher than that in model group (P <0.01). Compound lizards scattered different particle combinations can reduce ethanol-induced gastric mucosal damage and improve gastric mucosal histopathological damage. CONCLUSION: The compound lizard powder with different particle combinations can prevent and protect acute gastric mucosal injury induced by ethanol.
