2004年12月23日至24日,中国人权研究会和中国法学会在北京联合举办了“人权入宪与人权法制保障”理论研讨会。会议的目的是全面贯彻实施“国家尊重和保障人权”的宪法原则,积极推动人权法制保障不断发展。全国人大常委会副委员长蒋正华,国务院新闻办公室主任赵启正、副主任钱小芊,中国人权研究会名誉会长朱穆之、会长周觉,中国法学会常务副会长刘飏,以及来自全国的50余位人权、法学专家学者出席了会议。
From December 23 to 24, 2004, the China Society for Human Rights Studies and the China Law Society jointly held a seminar on the theory of “human rights constitutional and human rights legal protection” in Beijing. The purpose of the meeting is to fully implement the constitutional principle of “state respects and guarantees human rights” and actively promote the continuous development of the protection of the human rights law. Jiang Zhenghua, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, Zhao Qizheng, director of the Information Office of the State Council, Qian Xiaojian, deputy director of the State Council, Zhu Muzhi, honorary president of the China Society for Human Rights Studies, Zhou Jue, president of the Chinese Law Society, More than 50 human rights, legal experts and scholars attended the meeting.
