自1920年以来，俄罗斯和其他国家的水。建筑物，在施工期和运行期发生多起滑坡事故。提出必须对施工期和运行期的险坡和仍在活动的滑坡体进行监测。为防止滑坡，减少滑坡造成的损失，必须采取包括修改设计方案在内的综合处理措施，并推荐采用“积极设计法”。
Water from Russia and other countries since 1920. Buildings, in the construction and operation period occurred more landslides. It is suggested that the slope and the still active landslide during construction and operation must be monitored. In order to prevent landslides and reduce landslide losses, we must take comprehensive measures including the revision of design plans and recommend the “Positive Design Law”.
