泾惠渠管理局是一个大型水利管理单位,现有职工662名。近年来,我们坚持“两手抓,两手都要硬”的方针,努力提高职工素质,切实加强精神文明建设,1995年获县级文明单位,1996年又顺利通过市级文明单位验收,以精神文明建设促物质文明建设效果明显,1996年分别以133％和104.6％的好成绩完成了供水生产和综合经营任务,在“九五”开局之年,为作好“讲政治”和“水利第一”两篇文章做出了贡献。 总结我们的做法,主要有以下几个方面:
