虽然《企业安全文化准则》自2007年才开始正式起草,2009年才正式实施。但是我们对企业安全文化评价工具的研究早在2005年就已开始,并于2006年起深入多家企业实践检验。至今,我们已经形成了一套相对完整的企业安全文化评价工具,包括评价指标系、问卷库、数学分析模型等,成为RESCA(企业安全文化改进行动)系统的重要组成部分,目前已在中国石油、贵州电网、乌鲁木齐电力局、辽河油田、胜利油田、井神盐业等多家大中型企业应用。
Although the “Enterprise Safety Culture Guidelines” was formally drafted since 2007, it was not implemented until 2009. However, our research on corporate safety culture evaluation tools started in 2005 as early as in 2006, and has been thoroughly tested by a number of enterprises in 2006. So far, we have formed a relatively complete set of evaluation tools for enterprise safety culture, including the evaluation index system, questionnaire database and mathematical analysis model, which have become an important part of the RESCA (Enterprise Safety Culture Improvement Action) system. At present, , Guizhou Power Grid, Urumqi Electric Power Bureau, Liaohe Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Well God Salt and many other large and medium-sized enterprises.
