猕猴桃原产我国,在江西是野生资源十分丰富的一种新兴水果,也是民间防治疾病的常用药物。1977年已正式列入中国药典。由于猕猴桃果实酸甜兼备,风味佳美,维生素C含量高(为柑桔的5—10倍),葡萄糖、果糖及钙、铁、磷、蛋白质等营养成分丰富,近年国外大量引种作为高级水果应市。为了充分利用资源,全国供销总社和江西省科委已将猕猴桃列入科研课题。分别在引种驯化,快速育苗、加工果制品、药用和储藏保鲜等方面进行
