研究了合金铸铁和灰铸铁在铝液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,在合金铸铁表面形成Fe_3Si 型的连续膜,能有效地降低腐蚀速度。此外,改善石墨的尺寸、形状和分布也可减轻腐蚀。
The corrosion behavior of alloy cast iron and gray cast iron in molten aluminum was studied. The results show that the formation of Fe 3 Si type continuous film on the surface of alloy cast iron can effectively reduce the corrosion rate. In addition, improving graphite size, shape and distribution can also reduce corrosion.
