笔者运用SWOT分析方法,在科学定义民营企业内涵的基础上,对民营企业实行知识管理的优势、劣势进行充分的比较,并针对我国民营企业的不同知识管理情况,结合自身条件及外部环境,为民营企业的未来发展选择合适的知识管理策略,帮助我国民营企业在激烈的市场竞争中保持战略优势。
