随着社会经济的发展,市场竞争逐渐加剧,高等院校毕业学生普遍面临着就业难问题。作为人才培养基地的中职院校,需要以学生的就业为导向组织开展教学活动。中职语文教学有助于学生语言能力的提升。为此,中职语文教学更应该以就业为导向,组织开展教学活动。在深入分析中职语文教学以就业为导向的必要性的基础上,对以就业为导向的中职语文教学实践进行深入探究,促使学生的综合实践能力得到有效提升,有助于学生的就业。 With the development of society and economy, market competition is gradually aggravated. Graduates from institutions of higher learning generally face employment difficulties. As a vocational training base of vocational colleges, students need to employment-oriented organization of teaching activities. Chinese language teaching helps to improve students’ language ability. For this reason, secondary vocational language teaching should be more employment-oriented and organize teaching activities. On the basis of deeply analyzing the necessity of employment-oriented teaching in secondary vocational schools, this paper probes into employment-oriented Chinese teaching practice in secondary schools to promote students’ comprehensive practical ability effectively and contribute to the employment of students.
